Mace on load - commit fails saying "illegalparse, Same measure cannot appear on both sides of a mace

There is a problem that mace couldn't execute the load / commit rule group or expression in the domain path. The details are:

RPAS version - 13.2.3.21

OS - Linux 64 bit

Environment variables (RPAS_HOME, RIDE_HOME, RIDE_OPTIONS, JAVA_HOME, LD_LIBRARY_PATH) are all set

Case 1: Executing the mace on the expression in the command prompt
