How to put restriction for updating the reconciled lines in bank statement form

Hi,

I would like to know is there any standard way of restricting the users for updating the reconciled statement lines in bank statement form, i have seen the complete check box in bank statement form which preventing the updating of entire bank statement, but in case of partial lines are reconciled and rest of lines are un-reconciled the complete check box will not work.

Any suggestions on this?
