Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

While running request Shipments Interface Import from LCM Responsibility, I am getting the following Erros.

2 warnings found.

ORA-20001: Conversion is not defined for 010100700001 from BOK-Book to BOK-Book. in Package INL_SHIPMENT_PVT Procedure Get_1ary2aryQty

Error when converting Primary and Secondary fields for BOK
