connection hangs and facing TNS-12531 on oracle HS server. Only reboot works.

Hello Team,

We have a oracle 10g installation on windows server where we are using it for oracle heterogeneous services. Here the problem is the new connection can not work after few days and restart of server would be the only option.

While checking in the listener log I have found "TNS-12531: TNS cannot allocate memory". But OS admin says they didn't face any errors or alert for the memory related to that particular time when the same has been observed in listener log.

don't know which tracing will help me here.

Any help would be appreciated.
