RMAN-06169: could not read file header for datafile 1 error reason 9

Hello,

we got this error when we try to backup our database.

"RMAN-06169: could not read file header for datafile 1 error reason 9"

What we have checked so far:

1. dumped the file_header and it shows correct Db ID and Db Name

2. dbverify shows no errors

3. v$datafile shows nothing unusual

Oracleversion:     11.2.0.3

OS:                      HPUX 11.31

Any idea to solve this problem would be appreciated.
