TNS-12571: TNS Packet writer failure

One of our customer has reported that he is facing above mentioned issue in his standby database. On the other hand, the standby database is not receiving archives properly from primary database.

It's been almost a year, client has been facing this problem.

Initially we raised a SR regarding this, according to the SR we told our client to improve the network connectivity.

Client upgraded their network connectivity and now they are using 6 MB MPLS connection instead of 2 MBPS connection.

Still they are facing the same issue.

what could be the possible reason for this?
