Customer Bank Account in Refund Attributes form in Receipts window
Hi All,
We are looking at using the Refund functionality in AR to refund the customer payments.
We have only electronic payments made to our customer for refunds.
I see in the refund attributes form, we have the party bank account field. But I do not see the bank account getting populated automatically from customer bank accounts. In that case we have to tell the users to mandatorily enter the bank account number, since this is not a mandatory filed, there might be a chance to miss this information and AP invoice gets created, which will result in failure of the payments due to unavailability of the bank accounts.
