Move Order Issue and Move Order Transact

Dear team,

I am Making use of inventory responsibility to raise internal requisitions.

Here is the summary of my scenario,

A user logs in with Inventory responsibility and navigates to move order > move order issue

He enters the item he wants and the quantity he wants and he approves

The store manager logs into Order transact menu and searches for all orders and transact them to enable all items in the store to reduce automatically. based on the requested quantity. This is fine.

My issue now is that, I don't want a user to be able to approve, he should only create a move order and send it for approval'
