Miss match in Transaction qty and Primary qty.

Hello,

I am facing a issue related to data mismatch. User has performed sub inventory transfer for 2000 qty. But in oracle the primary transaction qty is 200 while transaction qty is showing as 2000.Item is not Lot controlled and even item dose not have secondary UOM. Please help.
