iExpense Line - Exchange/Currency Rate Type

Hi All,

we are on Apps R12.1.3. Could someone please help us with these questions.

1. Is it possible to give user exchange/currency rate type while doing his/her expenses for each line?

2. Is it available from expense setups to provide user to select rate type for expenses? if not why?
