Assign Screensets to a particular User in OTM

Hi,

We have an requirement where user should see item id and name in both order release and shipment screen for single order single shipments. I have done that but the problem here is only 4 or 5 users wants to see this item id and name, for other users those columns shouldn't visible in User Menu. I have created both order release and shipment screensets which contains this both item id and item name columns and i assigned it to that particular users(Manage User Access-> Screesets->) without menu but it's not working. How can i achieve this, any idea?
