1_I notice the following setting in package.inf file (stanza attirbute), ...which is fine? both are correct?

2_I notice all assamble/build/deploy package add domestic&spanish language but error is intermitent¡?¡?¡?¡??

..., intermitent display pdf file "allocation failed" and I search for this packages and package.inf file is write down "language" and doesn't write down
