Edit requisition

Hi users

I am  given permission to some user  and whe they are  trying to edit a requisition in Main Menu >  eProcurement > Manage Requisitions

the following message appears: Authorization Error -- Contact your Security Administrator.

I got all permission and can see the page, but when I put the component in the permission list with that page to the user they can not access.

Witch rol or permission list must i put them just they only can see that page.

I attach a couple of pages.
