Unknown exception, internal system processing error while invoking ASAP webservice

Hi ,

I have imported asap wsdl to SOAPUI and trying to create order but receiving below error

         <faultcode>env:Server</faultcode>

         <faultstring>Unknown exception, internal system processing error.</faultstring>

</env:Envelope>

same error if i run OOTB script calling WSJMSClient program.

Please help me on this.
