Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Depot Repair - EBS (MOSC)

csd_repair_history - JC Event not generated

when job is created at repair order, we found that 2 records are created in csd_repair_history, (event code: JS, JSU).

when job is completed at technician portal, will any new record generated in csd_repair_history? with JC event code?

i can't find any record after job completed, is there any setup/configuration that I need to setup?
