Shippment activity not interfaced to Install Base

Hi,

On certain situations the ship confirm activity is not getting interfaced to install Base and Owner/location details are not updated as required. Even csi_tnx_errors not capturing any records of errors with respect to item.

Is there any way to trace the reason why IB is not updated? What situations could be the reason for such a behaviour.
