Error when installing RPAS Fusion Client 14.0.0.X

Hi,

I am trying to install RPAS Fusion client (14.0.0 and 14.0.0.3) on a Oracle VBox (Specs given below). I get an error message when I try to install the fusion client (Screen shot attached).

I get this error when installing both 14.0.0 and 14.0.0.3 version.

What am I missing, that is causing the installer to fail?
