Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Change Inventory items from assets to expense items

Scenario

A service company wants to expense all its inventory. No inventory will show up in its Balance sheet.

However it still wants to continue to maintain track of Inventory at hand.

Any idea of how it can be done will be greatly appreciated.
