Planner to receive mail notifications when store items reduces to like 10 in quantity

Dear ever helpful team,

Please is it possible for planner to receive notifications once store items are getting reduced in quantity to alert the planner that more items need to be added on the item in question with reduced quantity.

E.g if A4 paper is 100 and will all requisitions made, it got reduced to 10,

A notification should be sent to planner alerting planner that item is almost finished.
