Oracle Virtual Networking systems within Oracle Enterprise Manager?

I am trying to configure OFM and OEM 12c, after deploying the agent in OEM, I then add the the OFM target system, but all metric collections exit with errors, they errors are below, any help is appreciated.

the OEM version is 12c-r4

the OFM version 4.10

emcli login -username=login
