How to modify “Additional Distribution Information” label in the checkout page?

Dear All,

We need to change the label on “Additional Distribution Information” for other words per business requested.  The attached comes from “Personalization Properties”.  I can see Text: “Additional Distribution Information” but it would not allow me to modify.

Can someone advise how to make this change?
