Upgrade RAC to 11.2 from 11.1 question?

We are currently upgrading to 11.2 in our RAC cluster. We ran Orachk and got a failure on the OS Patch PHKL_38038. According to our UNIX SAs this is a major upgrade. Our question is can we move forward with the upgrade and install this OS patch later? Will this be a problem?
