grant Taskflow access to individual users in 11.1.2.3

I am testing 11.1.2.3.500 for version upgrade from 11.1.1.3 and notice there is no option in the Access Control within the Taskflow to add, modfiy or delete users as is in version 11.1.1.3. How can we grant access to specific taskflows in this version?
