Restore a standalone Oracle Restart env to another server

Hi,

I'm trying to test recovery of my HAS env to another server.  The new server was restored to an image of my production env and an EMC split image presented.  I'm unable to start ASM.  I'm getting the errors below.

[oraasmp@cvipkom1]:/appasmp/oracle/product/11.2.0.3/crs/init>crsctl start has

CRS-4124: Oracle High Availability Services startup failed.

CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.

In my alert log I see "[ohasd(20578386)]CRS-0715:Oracle High Availability Service has timed out waiting for init.ohasd to be started."

In my crsctl_asm.log file I have the following:

2014-06-13 16:17:49.526: [  OCRMSG][1]prom_waitconnect: CONN NOT ESTABLISHED (0,29,1,2)
