BUI reports remote proxy server with status "unknown", see attached screenshot.

/var/cacao/instances/scn-proxy/logs/cacao.0 , error (see attached log), begins with:

SEVERE: thr#11:"cacao-starter" SEC5054: Certificate has expired:

Are these related in any way?  What is the effect of this error?
