Cancel date in F4310/F4311 (CNDJ)

Hi

I am facing a issue on the cancel date

I raised an PR on 01/04/2014 - Quantity - 100

Requested date is 01/07/2014 (DRQJ)

Cancel date is 20/06/2014 (CNDJ)

Now When I Open PR and release the PR to OP (Released Quantity 100) but the PR remains Open , System allowing to generate PO any number of times from PR

Above scenario happening only If the cancel date less than requested date(DRQJ)

Please Assist
