When Creating AP Invoice of the Following Patch 14098706 failed

Dear Team,

but when i am applying this patch it is  fail and the messages are give below

FAILED: file ap115mg.ldt  on worker  2 for product ap  username APPS.

  FAILED: file apomg.ldt    on worker  1 for product ap  username APPS.

Completed: file apvwreg.ldt  on worker  3 for product ap  username APPS.

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

          FAILED: file ap115mg.ldt  on worker  2.

ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.

in adctrl it show as
