Java processes use 100% CPU and report never completes when run as non-admin user

Hi,

I have what should be a simple issue, but I'm an EBusiness DBA just coming to grips with Hyperion. We're doing a new implementation of EPM 11.1.2.3.500. When the functional consultant runs a report as the Hyperion admin user, it completes in 20 seconds. When he runs a report as an end-user, the Java processes take up 100% of the server and never completes. I'm convinced that this is a problem with the setup of the user account, and not a problem with the system.

Has anyone seen this before?
