Setting up Zone issue

Not sure if this is the right place to be asking this.

I am trying to setup zones.

everytime i type commit i get an error, here's what i get:

root@Uroboros:~# zonecfg -z testzone1

Use 'create' to begin configuring a new zone.

zonecfg:testzone1> create

create: Using system default template 'SYSdefault'

zonecfg:testzone1> set zonepath=/tank/testzone2

zonecfg:testzone1> verify

testzone1: Problem saving file

zonecfg:testzone1> commit

testzone1: Problem saving file

zonecfg:testzone1>

what may be the cause of this? i would appreciate the help.
