How to modify JDE data source template

I am trying to create a new environment using F986400 which triggers data source template to generate OCM for new environment.   Can you tell me where to find this data source template on deployment server?   How to modify it?

One more question about removing environment.  What are the JDE database tables to clean manually after removing environment using P986115?
