tax rounding off

Hi,
In transaction form\tax   Receivable shows Rounded Tax Rate .The actual value which I see by diagnostic and in tables is 5.3 but the rate field shows 5. I want to see the 5.3 not 5 in the form.


Path:Transaction\tax
Please help me as soon as possible.
