Any API to get real query from form Validation Table Information for Descriptive Flexfield Segments

Hi all,

Maybe somebody knows how Oracle EBS builds the query after Test button click into Validation Table Information for Descriptive Flexfield Segments form?

I can use or not the fist "where" word. Is there an API to set all properties and to get the query?
