How to verify record history in projects search if any user updated some information

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi Folks,

After creating project some times user may updated few details other than standard template, so how we can find this history which user updated  for specific deliverable other than standard one.

Navigation:-  Project Manager/Search projects(Enter project number) click on go. 

open project now user can amend few changes other than standard template one.
