Home screen is not displaying when we access the Siebel Open UI application using https F5 VIP

All,

After configuring the F5 on our development server, Home screen is not displaying when we access the Siebel Open UI application using https F5 VIP, but we are able to access the application using machine name.

Home screen is not displaying when we try to access the application using https VIP, it displays blank page after login.

We did not do any SSL configuration for Siebel application and web server, we are just accessing the application using https F5 VIP.

After increasing the SWSE log, I observed in eappweb log files " Cannot read seed file  using OSDstat" and "avail=4096 Hello not expected session=1724189584" (attached the log file for details. not sure we whether we have to apply the workaround in
