server full package fail

Hi. I have created custom NER with custom DLL. One of the NER involves table I/O to F56 table. When a full server package was built, it failed because the F56 table does not have a .h file. This is an old table. I don't know why the .h file is missing.  Can I check out the table, generate the .h file and check in the table? Do I need to generate the table?  I do NOT want to generate the table because there is data inside the table.
