Creating Hyperion Planning application with different user id other than admin

I have couple of queries as below.

01. Is it ok to create Hyperion Planning application other than Admin user id on distributed environment? In either of Yes or No case, what are the effects of this? The enviornment is distributed environment.

02. Is it ok to change Hyperion admin password and if it affects anything?
