Fields for Add Assets Layout in Web ADI?

Hi All-

We use Web ADI to upload mass additions via Excel, via the 'Add Assets - Company Owned Equipment' integrator.

When customizing the layout, the list of fields includes Attributes 1-5. I can't figure out how to determine what those corresponding values are?

Could somebody advise either what the values represent (I'm sure some are address-related), or alternatively, advise how I can determine what the corresponding field is for each Attribute?
