Scheduling Concurrent Request

I'm hoping this is an easy question.  I have a user who wishes to schedule a concurrent request for the 10th BUSINESS DAY of each month.  Would I employ the "On specific Days"  option, and select the 13th of the month and leave unchecked "increment date parameters each run" ?

Any guidance on this topic would be so much appreciated.
