No journal created for Dep Exp if month ends on a weekend.

Whenever a month ends on a weekend, no journal is created for Depreciation expense.

Ran Depreciation Run Request (spawned four processes). No error generated.

Ran Create Accounting - Assets.

Ran Accounting Program.

No errors generated.

We upgraded to 12.1.3 from 11.5.10.2 in September . October depreciation run was fine.

November had the issue. MOS determined that entries were not created because the Accounting Date in xla_ae_headers was set to the first business day in the following month.

We were able to fix the issue with a script. We have since applied the FA Recommended Patch Collection, but in May, which ended on a weekend, we had the same issue again.
