oafm services can not be started successfully

Hello Everyone,

Can anybody please help to give some ideas/explanation on below situation:

1. The issue ONLY happens on 05-Dec-2013

2. The issue CAN NOT be reproduced, just a momentary issue.

3. The issue occurs on 05-Dec-2013 can be summarized as below:
1). 2nd node oafm services down
2). 1st node oafm services down
3). Trying to start oafm via $ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME/adoafmctl.sh start on the 2nd node, but failed.
4). Trying to stop OPMN services on the 2nd node, and start OPMN services again, failed to restart oafm service also.
5). Workaround is to restart OPMN services on the 1st node with command "adopmnctl.sh", then restart OPMN service with command "adopmnctl.sh start" on the 2nd node.
