Steps to setup Remote when moving servers
Hi,
We are on siebel 8.1.1.7 SIA and going to get new servers for our production environment soon.
We have 3 Remote servers and 400 mobile clients currently.
Wanted to know the steps to follow and points to keep in mind w.r.t to setting up remote clients while moving environments.
While trying this on our Test environment we encountered issues and had to reset the Siebel Remote(DOC Id 510611.1) and later faced issues with Transaction Processor components, hence had to delete the TXNPROC nodes.
Now everything is working on Test envrironment, however want to know the actual sequence of steps to be taken while doing this in Prod.
