Want to restrict payment from a cash account which does not have balance

Hi All,

We have a business scenario, where we do not want to allow the cashier / user to make payment from such a cash account which does not have any balance OR the payment amount is higher than available balance of that account.

Please guide me about how to achieve this in AP
