named user plus license on a server with multiple databases

Hi

I know similar questions have been asked before but I can't find an answer when trying to work out the number of licenses required on a server with multiple databases.

I understand that I need a min of 25 named user plus licenses per CPU for enterprise edition, but what then happens if i add a second database to this server?

is the calculation

25 NUP * 1 CPU

or

25 NUP * 1 CPU * 2 DBs

My question may be how we define "database", is it the number of oracle homes or the number of actual instances on the server?
