Cannot search by stores

Hi all:

Please, I have an issue a little odd. In iProcurement, when searching by categories, I can find any item uploaded from a catalog. But if I create the same search by stores, I find nothing. I have run Extract Classifications and Extract Items from 01.01.2010, and the i have run 'Regenerate Intermedia Index', and I have cleared the cache from Functional Administrator.

Can anybody help me?
