How to create sample automatically after creating PO receipt

Hi every one,

Now my customer want to create sample automatically every PO receipt in to inventory warehouse.

I already setup sample plan per receipt and create validity rule is assigned sample plan and check create sample automatically but there's nothing happened

Can you help me and give me the required setup steps for this case?
