Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi, I am trying to merge two shipments in OTM, but couldn't succeed due to below error.

Error Message : order movements that are picked up/delivered at this stop do not have overlap time windows

Any idea what could be the root cause for this error.
