Weblogic SSO with multiple Windows domains

I have a weblogic server that is configuered to use jaas to authenticate users in a windows active directory, an it works fine user are logged in to their applikacation with their Windows accounts and log on is seemless. But now I need to be able to use the same server and applications with users who com from another Windows domain. there is at active directory level a trust between the domains. i have sucessfully created a secon AD provider in my security realm and I can see the user listed from both domains. But who do i configre jaas.comf
