R12.1.3 : Patch 18129013 failed while applying ADPATCH
Hello,
We are having an issue while applying this patch. Patch 18120913 Fails with ATTENTION: All Workers Either Have Failed (Doc ID 1674893.1) Or Are Waiting.
we followed this note while applied the patch. Stil the below errror came up
Completed: file potable.ldt on worker 3 for product po username APPS.
ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:
FAILED: file icxblknt.wft on worker 2.
ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.
