Unable to find receiving transactions using Find Receiving Transactions window

Hi,

We do not have inventory installed and using shared inventory with Purchasing. Created a PO and receipt using the PO number. When I go to Receiving --> Receiving Transactions, I am unable to find the PO or the receipt created against it. Any ideas why the LOV is empty for both PO and receipt fields?
