Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. We are attempting to upgrade a DEV system to R12.2.3. When applying patch 17020683 for R12.2.3, many workers running *.ldt uploads are failing with:

ORA-20001: Synonym does not point to a seed data table: FND_COMPILED_DESCRIPTIVE_FLEXS

We can't find many (any) hits on this in Metalink. Please help!!
